If you hate what you do, why do you do it? Honestly ask yourself that question. not trying to be rude. but why chase a paycheck off something you hate. Just curious...

It's not necessarily that I "hate what I do", I just am not happy where I'm at.. in terms of my boss and the way he treats customers and his employees.. I've work all of my life and have NEVER worked around a guy such as him. Who actually tells the CUSTOMER "you're wrong, I DID put _____ in the order", "You just don't know good BBQ..", "Read the menu dude..".

And the minimum wage out here in cali is a joke, brb making more in tips than I do on my actual pay check. *sigh*

Well in my Nutrition class my teacher was talking about how you would die if you didn't eat carbs. I was the one who initiated the conversation about how carbs are non-essential, and she told me you can't survive without them.

I usually do MetCons or sprints or run/bike afterwards (time/feel permitting). Please note this is personal programing, catered to my goals/needs.

It doesnt look like, but I have been lifting for 1 year. I had to recover, was 109lbs. I've been running PPL seriously for 4 months, before that I did a bro-workout that wasnt really benifical for me. Few pages back I already wrote my big 3, anyway squats 200x5, dl 230x5, bench 130x5.
