    It's not necessarily that I "hate what I do", I just am not happy where I'm at.. in terms of my boss and the way he treats customers and his employees..     Howdy. What are your big 3? What else have you ran? How long have you been running P/P/L

    Me:

    M - Bench, Row, Pull-ups, Dips
    T - Squat, RDL, Lunges
    W - LISS
    TH - OHP, Floor Press (DB), Row (DB), Pull-ups, Push-ups
    F - Deads, Front Squat, Lunges
    S - LISS
    S - off

    I usually do MetCons or sprints or run/bike afterwards (time/feel permitting). Please note this is personal programing, catered to my goals/needs.

    I own a pair of vibram minimus shoes which is just a regular pair of shoes with a minimal sole (like me) and I just got a pair of five fingers for Christmas. I wear my five fingers at the gym and that's it. I like the way they feel when I lift, but the people who walk around wal mart or the mall in them are just weird.

    It doesnt look like, but I have been lifting for 1 year. I had to recover, was 109lbs. I've been running PPL seriously for 4 months, before that I did a bro-workout that wasnt really benifical for me. Few pages back I already wrote my big 3, anyway squats 200x5, dl 230x5, bench 130x5.
