1: It's called a fraternity. It doesn't need another shortened name. While in slang some may refer to it as a frat, people with knowledge/understanding of the Greek system know that's a disrespectful term associated with a negative image.
The other points I'm neither here nor there about.

Point taken, my college has a small greek life here (less than 5% of students) and its not a huge deal on whether to say frat or fraternity.
As for the other points, just letting everyone with an outside perspective who haven't had exposure to greek life because of personal choice and the like know that there is a broad spectrum of fraternities and with that their means of bringing pledges into the brotherhood.

Holy chit...
Did prowler work for the first time ever tonight after work. Mother of god... What have I gotten myself into.
What started as sprints with 90lbs quickly evolved into pushes with 90 lbs.
Dat feel of metal in your mouth. Dat feel of panting like you just ran away from something like your life depended on it. Dat feel collapsing on the floor at the end for a solid 5 minutes. Brings back memories of popwarner football in 5th grade...
I thought I had pretty good conditioning from doing super high volume work on Sheiko, but this is on a whole new level.Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

ITT ppl think being in a fraternity matters.
ITT ppl think competing at a national meet that doesn't have a qualifying standard matters
ITT I'm here all night. Come at me

My max is 460 right now, doubt I'm in any condition right now to pull more than 480, but next week I am deloading during finals and after wards should see some PRs
I just want to beat you to 500 so I can break 1100 lol
Matters if you join for the right reasons, I've seen plenty of people waste their time and then come out of school unemployed because they stopped caring about their education.

Wasn't bad. The nap afterwards was nice, too. Gonna do some more shoveling tomorrow. Have to tidy it up some.

I was talking about Raw Nats but Judge wasn't when he made that statement. Judge and LAM compete single ply so all their national meets and expos have qualifying totals.
That is like a month later than usual. But I mean if they are gonna use the new weight classes for Raw Nats you might as well sit around 230, compete 242 in March, and then 231 in August.1372 @ 205

Deadlift meaning the actual movement, I deadlifted twice in the last 5 weeks which didn't help me, especially since I've been progressing so well in squat I shouldn't have tried to max...
