Oh lawd..legs today. Popped 2 caffeine pills since lack of sleep, about to go to gym, come back have shtty 1 can of chicken post workout meal, and then sip on CherryCokeZero the entire night, angus is not peppered.
Also bought a big box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch...18 servings of 3/4cups.....will demolish all of it next Sunday for my refeed...just not sure how much almond milk I'll need lol

IN. Recognize many of you from the lean bulking thread.
I'm 5'10, bulked from 168 to 178 since November 2012. Quite happy with progress.
Going to cut to 173-175. Will be using 16/8 IF @ 2000 calories (35P/35C/30F). Will introduce an EC stack in the coming weeks possibly.
Can anyone clearly contest the benefits of the -20%/+20% calories for IF? Am I okay to simply hit 2000 net cals everyday instead?

Pretty good cake alternative! So fluffy (no homo)
Sugar Free Angel Food Cake -- 120 cals/serving, 27g carbs, zero fat and sugars.
I added some Walden Farms Carmel Syrup and Strawberry Dip ohhhh lawd it's heavenly. I'm going to add WF choco syrup in the mix.
Works great for my refeed day I eat 3.5 servings of this thing lol
Walden Farms Carmel = 5/5 taste is amazing.

Was in Pittsburg from thurs-sun night visiting some friends. Stuck to low carbs the whole time (minus some alcohol). Having a carb up night since I was beyond flat, but i'm really starting to lean out nicely, glutes are seriously coming in. Losing size too quickly, though. After my photoshoot Friday I'm going to try to slightly slow down the cutting. At this rate i'll be contest ready like 6 weeks out lol.
