why don't you all just use the body fat calculator provided by bodybuilding.com. I find it more accurate than the body weight & height calculation.
replace the x's with w's since I can't post links

Can someone help me estimate body fat %, I'm on a cut and doing cardio, so far I've lost 22lbs, I think about 16lbs of that were fat, waist gone from about 38" to 33.5". Hip from about 38.5" to about 34.5". Arms are about the same 13", shoulders are about 45". Chest I think is 37.5", neck is 14.5", thighs are 22" and calves are 14". Forearm is 14". Body fat estimators on the internet estimate me to be around 18%. I'm around 5 foot 9, weight has gone from 182lbs to 160lbs I haven't noticed muscle decreasing but I must've lost some muscle as my weight drops quite a lot weekly. Haven't got much vascularity, no veins pop through the skin but they are visible in-between my chest and neck at about shoulder level and they are visible on my forearms and hands. I've still got some chest, neck, belly and leg fat, a fair bit so not sure if 18% is right.

Thanks man, do you suggest I slow bulk or continue to cut for a couple weeks. I'm confused at this point. I also started SL 5x5 a month ago

Get it down to your desired goal BF. Then bulk. You're almost there!

body fat?
* sorry found the place to post this so posting it again.
Anyway I would really like to know what my body fat is and this site has told me it could be around 4% but there is no way it is that low. I do running and have started lifting around a year ago.
I will attach pictures so maybe someone can make a rough estimate of what body fat I am?
Oh I am a 15 year old female, 1.65m and currently weigh 54kg.

Hi Guys
I am on Week 8 of my body transformation, please look at my before and current images. I went for a caliper Body Fat assessment and they said I am currently on 17%, would you agree? or do you think its more? Can someone also please tell me if what I see on my current image on the side of my abdomens if that is signs of my abdomen toning?
Thanks in advance to all
