There is a difference between disliking and killing innocent people bc you disagree with their system of beliefs.

I honestly don't really understand the blind tolerance to some of the more regressive practices in Islam from the left while still chastising conservatives for their religious ideals. Some Islamic cultures are among the worst when it comes to women's and LGBTQ equality/rights yet the left fully supports it? Why is it so black and white- I don't tolerate backwards practices in any country but I also have many friends who are muslim and they are are very much like you and i. It's not because you believe there is a plce for islam in society that you believe in terrorism, stoning and burkas.
