I like the TRX stuff .... the trainer who I do the core work with loves getting me to do those 'atomic' push-ups. Once you throw the jacknife type movements in when you're suspended in those straps you can really feel the abs working. It could have been worse than just feeling sick .... it would not have been pretty if you'd lost your lunch while doing those

ive been feeling "off" for a few weeks now. (slight head cold)
i dont get sick often but i do im bedridden so im trying my best to fight it off
thanks fit. luckily i dont eat before training but i think that might have been the problem.
i was pretty hungry when i hit the gym and that usually doesnt happen
the single arm atomics are crazy. 5 is doing work
