Jeezus, don't get me started on the spotters. This would probably be my only critique of this meet. They had no idea when to grab the bar on bench and pretty much had to be told when to grab the bar every time. They were also my main source of motivation for getting my last squat attempt since I didn't want to die. The kid that gave me the lift off on my first and second bench tried giving me the count which threw me off a little bit on my opener. However, on my second, I just let him struggle on pulling the bar after his own count, then I told him "you pull when I push" after he gave up trying to row the weight. Last bench, I got a real lift off, lol.

I am running 5-3-1 and missed my squat day on Friday, would it be better to do last week over or just start my next week having missed my squat day? I am leaning towards moving on

Yea I was hoping you didn't fail cuz I didn't want to see how they were gonna try and help you get the bar up out of the bottom of a squat. In an ER rack I can set the bench rack height perfect to where I don't need a lift off and can just pull the bar out rather than up to get it out of some stupid deep J hook. It is awesome, don't have to rely on some random hand off. The power rack in my gym is pretty much the same set up as well. Most regular benches suck though, I gotta press out of the deep hooks and lose tightness.

Lol, after you first mentioned it I went over there and saw the thread where someone was pretending to be you and Bill. I doubt anyone from the Fam is doing it. But it is probably someone from these forums that you 2 have disagreed with and made them cry on their keyboard.

It's sad that I'm the tannest I'll probably ever look in my life due to blowing out all the blood vessels in my face, neck, and chest.

While I agree you have alot to learn most of your problem comes from your body. Number one problem is that your mobility obviously sucks worse than mine which is very very bad. Number two you squat form sucks for the same reason your bench sucks. You have an extremely weak upper back. Widen your stance a bit, work on your dog gone mobility, and ffs strenghten your weak ass upper back. And lastly, which most will probably disagree but I dont really care, lower the weight and do a **** ton of pause squats for reps concentrating very much so on staying erect instead of that ****. When you get to a weight that is making you good morning again then start all over doing the above. Your hips and your ass/hamstrings are probably weak also. Take care.

Loled hard on the not dying on the last squat attempt.
On another note:
Is Dugan pronounced dewgan or dug-an?
Funny stuff.
My chest likes to have blown capillaries after deads. Alas, I will never be very tan.Total's = Jan. 2012 - 1036 @ 198's
