PWO it shouldn't have any effect on ketosis. Like fitty says "Everything in moderation." He says about 9 beers will drop you out of ketosis, it's about 5 for me. You just gotta figure out where the break point is.

I drink 10 oz of wine every day. However, since I work out at 5 am, I would have to drink it for breakfast. Somehow, just not the same.

Apart from the wine, it would not be difficult to convert my current diet to keto. I might give this a try.

Searched for some live versions of "Mailman" by Soundgarden on YouTube.

Couldn't find any that was of high quality, so I decided to go to my Google Play page and play the actual song.

For the crossfit games I've got my mc donald's shirt... gonna get some more junk food shirts to work out in and smoke all the people that pay $40 for their "hardcore" supplement/gym tshirt.

Yeah, they were fun... I had to take the videos down because I unwittingly linked one to a friend thinking he'd get a kick out of it. Well, by the time I left work, drove home, got ready and hit the gym... it had made the rounds on ******** and I was a local gym celebrity for a while... needless to say I was a little turco'd when I walked in and everyone was watching it on an i-phone.

I just picked some up off amazon.com man. Got one for Mc Donald's that says "Mc Awesome", and it's a modern 'snug' fit, so it looks like a gym shirt... lol

I've been looking and don't see it... maybe I did the order off of JCPennies or Khol's.com, I'll link them when I find it. They were pretty cheap, under $10 if memory serves me correctly.

That was awesome. Some of these guys might not remember Cloudsurfer. I edited his thread title once and he started sending me messages that I was in deep sh*t, that I'd hacked into his profile to do it, etc. I told him it only required me to click on the title to do it since I was a moderator. Nick Kasa, a tight end from Colorado hoping to be drafted by the NFL this spring, went to the scouting combine the other day to get timed in the 40, jump vertically and horizontally, get in as many bench press reps as possible and be asked about his sexuality.
