My blood results came back and..
Total testosterone was at 637 which is pretty good...
Free test was at 84.. 50-250 or something was the reference range so that was pretty low... free test is the stuff that actually matters too for building muscle and feeling good. My cholesterol was also really low.. lower than the low range, so I asked if I should eat more saturated fats to increase cholesterol which would then be converted to test.. he said that'll help. Anyways I figure it's cuz I'm in a pretty large deficit that my hormones are taking a dip from it. I scheduled another one in 3 months to see what it looks like when I'm in a surplus.. im pretty excited to see the difference.

ive worked in the same office for 8 years. never had a young girl work with us, had some old ladies but no cute girls. finally last year we hire a little secretary chick was 18, i was 26. took me 4 weeks and i fukked her, she thought we were bf/gf after that. so awkward. my boss thought it was cool. she left after like 5 months.

Do let me know, Ive played all my life here in Dublin up until about a year ago. I can give you advice for Dublin when you get closer to the time, some good chit to do and some cracking spots to get pished with the lads, perfect for a rugger tour!

It's oil, of course it has calories. They get away with saying it has 0 calories because 1 serving is like 1/4 second spray. Even a good 3-4 second spray is a lot less than using a tbsp of oil though.
My mom got me this thing from a Pampered Chef party. You basically put your own oil in it, give it a few pumps to pressurize, and you have your own cooking spray with nothing but oil and no aerosol.

lol, she was one whack sloot bro. i told her we werent dating and we were friends all this, full blown stage 5 clinger. so we dated a little bit more, she seemed nice. 3 months after i first banged her she was married to another dude. not engaged, bull blown marriage. some army dude. so she was 18, went from banging some 26 year old dude at her office to engaged and married within a 3 month period. if that aint crazy idk what is.

anyone elses lifts continue to go up while cutting? i've gone from 196 to 188 over the past 5 weeks and i've done more reps or moved up in weight almost every single workout.
