I will be 25 tomorrow, so all bets are off this week! Still going to the gym and working out but kinda cheating with the eating this week! Also cheated a little for St. Patrick's Day, but by next week we should be back on track and into our usual routine. Started waitressing again, should be more money and less time to sit around and do nothing. I'll be on my feet and moving quite a bit from now on, so that's a plus.

Happy Birthday ! !
Enjoy your celebrating, but don't let it ... well you already know the rest.... "by next week WILL be back on track"
I'm at that halfway point re-evaluating my strategy. Things slowed down for me but I already know what I need to do to change. Feeling good with eight weeks left to change things up.

Since its almost spring and the days are longer I wanted to hit the trails. Only problem with spring is the freaking pollen!! I never had allergies but about 5 or 6 years ago it started hitting me.
Yesterday I started going down hill fast. Instead of out side I just went upstairs and hit the weights. Had a pretty good arm and leg session. Not sure if it will be cardio in the garage or hit weights again tonight.@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. Went with a heavy back/bi night last night. All was going well, thought I was sweating alot.... until I noticed the red smears on my towel. Nose bleed... hmm, no big deal. I was basically finished lifting, about to do some HIIT cardio. Took a few minutes and the nose bleed stopped. I never hit it or anything... I didn't die, so I figured all was ok. Started my HIIT cardio and about 15 minutes into it.... gusher! Had to end it a few minutes early. No idea what happened!
I have only been getting about 4 hours sleep the last few nights, so I might take tonight as a rest night, get up in the morning and hit the gym for an early session and then maybe go back in the evening for a late session also...OBF 2014 Winter Transformation Challenge 4th Place finish...

When I go anywhere away from our high humidity numbers I have sinus issues. When I head up close to your area in football season or I head south west and it is dry I still have bloody nose issues. Heck sometime I just sneeze wrong I get a bloody nose.
When my weight was higher and diet was really bad. I was right on the edge of high BP. First I learned to cut salt way down. I was one of them that would put salt on salt.. at least try to rule out high BP.
Good Luck.@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. That doesn't mean you can't stay focused on your long-term goals.

Thanks. I didn't even think about the humidity... BP is good, always has been so I can rule that out. I'm just going to chalk it up to the unknown but keep an eye on it. I don't put salt on anything ( although I do season things with low sodium stuff and use tons of hot sauce...) but I will have to watch it.
Taking tonight as a rest night is stressful.... I feel I should be at the gym.OBF 2014 Winter Transformation Challenge 4th Place finish...

Oh buddy, have I ever!! All bad, until today...
I didn't do ANYTHING yesterday. and it's a walking/lunging/hip move forward motion that hurts my leg, so I based my workout today around avoiding that. The only thing that bugged it was Hanging Knee Raises (legs out too straight = PAIN)
Thanks for the idea though, I will throw in the wall squats to hopefully strengthen and recover. I need to start stretching my quads, but it's really hard when I can't bend the knee properly!!
I was going to suggest dry air may have caused the nose bleed. Same thing as humidity change really...
Today's big news:
Deadlift - 225lbs x 3 reps PR
Torn quad and messed up toes and all... luckily my toes dont hurt unless theres pressure applied to the tip or top... the bottom is a-ok (PHEW! Maybe not real broken!)BluePrint Believer!
