Dat feel when your g/f doesnt text you at all last night and then you find out the next day that her high school "stalker" was at her bar date with her BFF/BFF's fiance.

Lmao yesterday during kickboxing class we were doing ab exercises on the ground, all of a sudden a dude WALKS on my abs. I was just doing crunches then all of a sudden I was like WTF??? but it didn't hurt at all I hardly felt it. However the second time I wanted to be sure I protected my internal organs so I was like "Ok this time I'm prepared, bring it on!" and really tensed my abs then he walked on my abs again but then this time it was like omfg that hurt!!! Lol weird. Only hurt for about 10 minutes though. Does that **** make your abs stronger or what? Probably it's purpose is train you to absorb punches there right?

We do that all the time in karate. The new people are always terrified by it. Ideally you want to eventually get people to the point where their core is held tight the whole time they're training. You just can't develop their power until you get that drilled into them.

If Ronnie Coleman screams in the gym and nobody is around to hear, does it still make a sound?
There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

Been a long month brahs. Finally home. I get 1 day off then thrown right back into it working 9 of the first 11 days. I made some great connections though, and the certifications I picked will make a big difference in my career. Well, well worth it. But it's always nice to be home.

Calories going back up to 1800 next week. Yeah, I went to 1300 for 2 weeks. Don't think I'll be doing it again.

Just saved exactly 50% on my safeway bill. That's the highest I've ever saved.
Terrible macros though.. frozen pizza, microwaved dinners ect.
