RB got light squats, RB, got low box squats, Rb got high box squats, RB got heavy azz squats!!
Then, no we are not done yet!
RB uses every 45 in the place to calf raise!

The ramp up on the varying box heights sounds brilliant, might have to steal that one. For those of us that tend to plop once accustomed to a box height, that sounds like it would be like therapy to box squat properly again. Lots of volume there, and the TRX preceding it, sounds like you'll be sore for a few days
