    The ramp up on the varying box heights sounds brilliant, might have to steal that one. For those of us that tend to plop once accustomed to a box height, that sounds like it would be like therapy to box squat properly again. Lots of volume there, and the TRX preceding it, sounds like you'll be sore for a few days

    use it! its really good. i started with trx squats going deep practically to the floor.

    my knee is bad so ive really been trying to warm it up before squats
