I'm feeling extra hipster after Denver - I think I'll just continue with this momentum and move to only outdoor activities, minimal lifting, and an eco-friendly diet. Already got the hair, just need to drop about 60 lbs - don't care if it is 50 lbs lean mass (if I have that) and 10 fat.

Mind=blown how good pull ups felt after a serious leg session.
I think it's because my lower body is so spent yet my upper body is perfectly rested and this imbalance just gives me extra energy to do the pull ups. Awesome.Last edited by Venom08; 03-26-2015 at 07:00 PM.

Just got back from a decent back day. Sumo deadlifts, lat pulldowns, Front/Side raises supersetted, cable rows, face pulls and Tbar rows. Starving, got that pizza in the oven. Still in a calorie deficit and hitting macros. Happy girl
