I ride my bike to the gym. It's cardio and a warm up all in one.

In the middle of my offseason right now
2x HIIT for 10 Intervals
2x 20 Minutes LISS
Train 4-5x a week.

The only cardio I do is in the form of soccer training and matches 2-3x per week. Following this season when I stop playing I can only see myself doing HIIT maybe 2-3x per week. I couldn't do LISS, think I'd fall asleep
