Anyone that upgraded to ios7 get annoyed by the bottom section hiding/disappearing in Safari? Now have to touch the bottom of the screen for it to show so i can click to go back/bookmark something/open new page
Its like they made the "full screen" safari option from the last os permanent
I am irrate
And still keep getting fkn automatically logged out from BB at random times when the page refreshes for some reason, wtf?

Tracked my macros for the first time in probably a month yesterday, ended the day at 141f/360c/217p after a pint of Ben and Jerries Woke up this morning at 198 and was like what is this wizardry?!?

I was running madcows for my squats and was using 245x5 as my max in the spreadsheet until about 3-4 weeks ago when I retardedly tried to DL 500 because I was feeling good that day. That completely re-fuked my chit up and basically put me back at square one. Been working with a sports chiro and he's given me some rehab work to do, so for now any squats or DLs are going to be super super light.
I think everyone's optimal squatting stance is going to vary from person to person, but I think in general a just slightly wider than shoulder stance is a good general recommendation. One of the reasons I got injured in the first place was because I was squatting super wide, and my glutes wern't firing correctly, so a lot of the real small muscle groups in that area were doing way too much work which resulted in them being over taxed and leading to injury. My buddy who ran smolov with me squats shoulder-width stance and he got through the program fine and hit a huge PR, and he didn't even do like 1/4 of the mobility work that I was doing.

@adamsz ill check the videos tonight since I can't see chit on mobile. I might re ajust my stance then since mine is fairly wide, it feels good but also is stressing my TFL to much.
Looking at the new beyond 5/3/1. Ill probably be ordering the book since its only 30 $ but still wanna look it over. Seeing as how I'm on my last week of bench for smolov jr
Fukn legs are getting thick solid tight again from so much squatting. Muscle memory ftw pants are tight as fuk now.

If you're not a "tech snob" then I believe the next version of iPad is coming out shortly so the current model should go on sale for quite a bit cheaper when that happens. You're not going to be missing anything except a fancy new case and maybe slightly faster operating but you are going to be using it for browsing and messing around so I don't see why that would matter.
