Thanks guys! I weighed 162lbs when I started, most of the weight was from my gut/height since I had almost no muscle mass. I currently weigh between 179-182lbs depending on water weight fluctuation. I'm not sure what my body fat % is since I just judge myself by looking in a mirror.

I just made an account, and I have my before and after pictures on my profile. I originally weight around 125, now I am at 160 and still climbing. I would love to do professional bodybuilding, but my current goal is to attain stats that of a fitness model and then just keep growing from there.

1 Year Transformation

I'd really appreciate comments bout the transformation, and what can I improve. Also I want to know why I don't look hard, like the muscle its still soft or what?

He commented on my transformation mate If I were you id just do a cut for the summer to see how you look like when ur cut if ur not satisfyed then one more bulk/cut session.
To kingpin72. I didnt type it in the wrong order. The pic must be kind of funny because the pose and the angle is different but if you ask me I think you can see im bigger on the last pic than the first. But anyways thanks for your comment!!! Ill try to post another picture sometime.

2 1/2 year progress

Thanks bro, I bulked from September until January by eating only lean protein and healthy carbs and then from January till the beginning April I worked on perfecting my workout routine and technique. I started cutting in April and took those pics in the middle of May. I got all the way up to 199lbs when I was bulking and now I'm down to 181lbs. I found that using creatine and bulking by eating only lean protein allowed me to cut without losing any muscle.

okay so this is me after 2 months of going to the gym i just want an opinion on if i look okay sometimes i think i do and other times i look like
a pussy haha if your gonna hate thats fine just say some things i could work on too don't just hate lol and also any exercises that work for you
would be appreciated cuz so far i don't really know what to do

I would say your chest, traps are looking pretty good. If it were me i would say look at some more tricep, bicep, shoulder workouts. Picture is a bit blurry but i can see there is definition in your shoulders.
Also cant see your back, so if your back is lacking a bit i would put some more focus on that. But your looking pretty decent.

158lbs - 175lbs (about 5 months solid gym time)
goal weight is ~ 185 - 200 lbs, ~10% BF, hope to achieve this within 2 years.

Been on a serious routine for 6 weeks now after a 12+ week break from a retarded gym routine based on ignorance, just switched to the GST program, finished my first microcycle. Will probably stick with GST for the next several years!

Transformation
Not a whole lot with mass...I'm aiming more for aesthetics. It's almost 4 years between pics...but I just really started taking nutrition seriously in about the past year. Still have a long way to go before I get to where I want to be though.

Started this bulk phase after a year of doing nada on Jan 21/12. Newb gains and muscle memory is helping methinks. :P
