lmao, 3 testicles.....3x the test?trolol
As to how heavy I will be, I have no idea based on my experiences thus far lol. I've been roughly maintaining 190 since back in May where I was much higer bf%. I imagine that I will slowly start to drop in weight as I reach a certain bf %. I'm guessing somewhere in the high 160s-170s? That would likely be near comp lvl bodyfat which I don't intend to reach. I'd be very happy with a ripped 175-180 or so.
And I seriously want to get lean asap so I can rep NBB trolol Those trolls/bros/haters are annoying considering all they do is rip on Ian's physique etc. I'll likely be making my own videos this coming summer as well so that should be interestingLast edited by greekmanman; 03-27-2012 at 12:33 AM. Not sure if he works his legs though. Can't find any pics. He looks fine. Not the biggest guy in the world though.

All good!
I hear ya! One of my biggest pet peeves.
He's cut but not enough mass to go along with it - just from my view. I can't judge cause I don't know what his goals are but that is attainable in 2-3 years of consistent training. Ive seen it actually done with my own eyes with others in less time - 100% drug free.
It's like with that zyzz guy physique. LOL that people think they cannot attain that natty. Absolutely ridiculous. May take a little longer but definitely achievable. Standards are low for most.BRAINS & GAINS

Dude looks good because he's lean. I mean like the impressive thing is that he's skinny ripped, but I wouldn't even think the guy put 20 years into it. Maybe he's just satisfied with where he's been and doesn't feel like being more or improving on what he has. Amazingly (read sadly) enough there are some people like that out there.
Personally, I'm way more impressed with a physique like Dave Gulledge (even when he was at 320lbs) -- but that appreciation for his physique comes from me mirin' what he's accomplished in the gym and powerlifting too, not just from the way he looks.

I'm jotting some stuff down for my return to more BB-centric training. I'm thinking about messing around with some high frequency training for my chest/shoulders. Anybody have experience with getting results by training a body part 3x per week?

Question as well - Anybody have any experience with digestive enzymes? I have started up a real bulk, been snacking like a fiend. During the quest back over 200 (maybe 210 this time?), let's just say that there is a very serious dispute going on between my mental desire and my intenstines regarding how this is going to happen, and everyone in the vicinity is hearing the reprocussions.
Is this just a result of jacking up the carbs? Would digestive enzymes help? I've heard a bit about them from Jamie Lewis but I usually want some follow up on his insanity.*Unaesthetic Crew* Disregard V-Taper, Acquire PRs.

I've taken acidophilous off and on. Not a tremendous difference to me but it's cheap. Give it a shot. Honestly I only use it because my wife likes it and its there

I am after some advice please. I am struggling to increase weight on overhead bb press - feels like I could push more with my shoulders/tri's but my lower back starts to give out after 2-3 sets which means a drop in weight and prob not able to press as much on the first set because of this.
I think I have a pretty strong core and have no probs deadlifting or squatting over 1.5 x bw with good form.
What would you recommend for sorting out this weakness?

Maybe your form wasn't as spot on as you think. Do you do anything to strengthen rotators? Do you do face pulls? How tight is your elbow tuck and where on your chest do you touch the bar when you bench?
Also failing the above problems, it could be another lift... do you flare your elbows on any of your tricep work or other presses? Another reason I hate ez-curl bars.
Strengthen your core... a 225 squat isn't an indication of a strong core yet. Are you rounding your lower back or do you keep a curve in it to give proper support like you would on a squat or deadlift?Last edited by JasonDB; 03-27-2012 at 09:05 AM.
