Hey! I squat to depth!
Yeah, I am aware of their bellies helping them out of the hole. I sent LIME a PM so he can come in here and tell us why benching becomes easier for fat people. I recon it's because of better leverages.

I think it's more ROM than leverages, although I have seen the leverages argument made...personally, IIRC, I decided that having more muscle is what really gave you a leverage advantage, more fat not as much (srs). Something about most of the excess fat being subcutaneous, thereby not really changing the angle at which the muscle acted across the joint the way having larger muscles does

why you are cool bro. consider that the last pm I send you. And you want the 411 on 4Gs modship? I am going to be a new mod and you will be banned.
No you don't squat to depth you are too fat (srs).
#EDIT: for the last time, I only increased my squat and deadlift when I cut, the only thing that my lower is my bench.

A 365 lb squat double isn't terribly heavy.
I'll let you know when I decide to actually train or care about the deadlift.
I sure used to. When I first ran SS 300 pounds felt like death, and the first time I put ~365 lbs on my back it felt like a fuking dump truck that was going to staple me into the ground. Then I got stronger.

I slipped a disk and within weeks I was back at deadlifting. Like a man. That's the ****ing problem w/ the south, they never teach you how to work thorugh shiit. Here in the north, ppl constantly give you **** so you are forced to grow balls. So you never stop, never ****ing stop. Which is why the east is #1 and not the sout.
