+ Bad decisions is the goal of partying. One of my bartenders and I came up with a drink called "Bad decisions". I got the idea from Tucker Max (he'd make some camel bak concoction that he said tastes like that). So one night I was at teh bar and told my bartender to make me a drink that tasted like it. He paused for a bit then came up with something. It was his personal concoction. I had it, tasted fruity as hell and seemed weak. I was like, whatever, I'll have one more, it tasted good. Watched him make the 2nd one and it was all liquor and liqueurs except a splash of juice and sprite. I was like . It is effective and quite fun.

I've heard about through skin before (I remember a caffeine soap being on one of the gamer sites, probably thinkgeek).

But wow, snorting it is suicide? I did it.... a LOT! Srs. I eventually stopped because it was screwing with my sinuses. So then I just licked it off my finger and rubbed it in my gums.

+ Yeah... I was ingestng a ton of caffeine. Aside from the powdered variation I'd take sporadically throughout the night, I was also drinking energy drinks while drinking (jager bombs, vodka red bulls, energy drink just for fun). Also, as part of my pre-game/get-psyched part, I'd mix Pre-workout mix and then add a couple shots of vodka.

Yeah man I've been there... except it was with harder stuff. Ephedrine. It WILL kill you if you aren't careful.

Quit with the fukn eggs whites and use whole eggs, keto is all about the fats. 65% fat 35% protein.

I hit up Amazon. Think I'll buy a bottle that is 100g for $10. And then keep it practically under lock and key so a pet (and later, child) won't get into it. Sh.it is dangerous. 4-5 grams in a teaspoon! Holy balls

If the recommended dose is 200 mg, then yes a tablespoon would be like 25 times that and would probably kill you.

If your doctor tells you that you should monitor the cholesterol that you eat, then you should find a new doctor. Something like 10-15% of the cholesterol in your blood comes from your diet.

If you mix it with liquor, then technically, it's not pure anymore, thus making it safe.

A lot of people will say that moderation is important. That's because it is !

Just because you like (or love) something (or someone) doesn't mean it's good for you.

Eggs are commonly eaten at breakfast and are found as ingredients in lots of recipes. Eggs are very nutrient dense and energy dense with lots of vitamins, protein and fats. That makes sense when you think about how a fertilized egg has to feed a baby chick until it hatches. Of course the eggs you eat are not fertilized, but all of the nutrients are still present.

One egg contains over six grams of protein and several important nutrients, which is good. Unfortunately, one eggs also contains about 212 mg of cholesterol. Since the recommendation for cholesterol consumption is about 300 mg per day, the large amount of cholesterol in eggs may prevent many people from eating them.

The cholesterol in eggs really shouldn't scare you away completely. Most of the cholesterol in your body is made by your liver and the amount of cholesterol in your diet may not have as big an impact on your blood cholesterol as people once thought. In fact, you can eat one egg every day without harming your cholesterol and other blood-fat levels. That's really good news because eggs are very satisfying. Eating ONE egg as part of a healthy breakfast may help you lose weight by keeping you from getting hungry later in the morning.

Eggs contain several important nutrients:

* Choline is necessary for healthy cell membranes in all of your body, and will help your body keep homocysteine levels down. Choline is also good for your mental function and memory.

Eggs and a Healthy Diet
As you can see, eggs contain a lot of good nutrition. One egg has about 80 calories with more than five grams of fat, so keep that in mind if you need to watch your fat and calorie intake. One egg each day is good, but eating three or four eggs every day may add too much fat.

You can reduce fat by using one whole egg and extra egg whites if one egg just isn't enough. You should also poach, hard boil or scramble your eggs, don't fry them in butter. If you want your eggs sunny side up or over-easy, use a non-stick skillet without the extra butter or oil.

So like it or not - mate 12 eggs a day is way off the charts and that's the TRUTH. As an athlete you do need protein, but all diets need variation, so get your protein from a variety of things, not all eggs.
