Oats - highly overrated
Grits - very underrated, especially here in the north

Agreed. (with the blaspheme). Reese cups are my #1 choice if I was gonna be consuming trans-fat
Agreed. (with the smh). Rice pudding is a nostalgic childhood favorite
And agreed with the picture of the potato holding his titties? Oats are great, one of the few carb sources I really enjoy.

Not so much into pasta, but love potatoes and yogurt.
Veggies (including potatoes), yogurt, oats, nuts, and chocolate; pretty much the only staple foods I eat for carbs.
I always do 100g oats minimum; anything less is too unsatiating for me. Made a great oats recipe this morning...100g oats, 5g cocoa, 1g duncan hines chocolaty almond, 5g sf/ff chocolate jello mix, and some stevia. Relatively simple but tasted unrealll

Ah, pretty close to me. I do oats, cinnamon and stevia here.
Anyhow guys, I haven't been on the board lately, but the day at the meet had it's ups and downs.
Bear with me, it's long but I'll start with my story.
We were visiting a beautiful place in the city of Niagara Falls and the view is nice and it wasn't too cold. I got there a day before to allow my legs to be mobile and do dynamic stretching as opposed to drive the same day and get my feet locked sitting in a very small car for 7 hours. Meet went okay, I was placed last with a total of 841, because I missed all my three top attempts of 276lbs squat, 391lbs dead and 242lbs bench. Now here's what happened. I got everything stolen: my gym bag that had my wallet, my phone (with my inzer belt, accessories, camera, all my goodies), and it happened at the meet. I also overheard that a few people got their stuff stolen too. Pretty bummed because I had to call my bank to cancel my debit and credit card, and I have to get myself a replacement driver's license.
My friend, to make it up for me and cheer me up, paid for the whole trip's gas expense, food, and booze as we got drunk that same night at the hotel playing Mario Kart on our 3DS.
But hey, ... chit happens. I'll just remember to never let my personal things unattended ever again.Retired 74kg PL Open Division (3 meets)

Welcome to real life. It's sucks, you're going to love it!
Can confirm, pork belly is awesome.
P.S. Pork belly can be used to make amazing homemade Gyros.
^ This. Just looking out, don't want you to get hurt and have to lay off the gym for an extended period of time...

Good taste buds
Rice Pudding + Peanut butter + Splenda = simple and good too.
This
Eat them like once a month if that, personally prefer potatoes/rice/veggies/berries etc for carbs, and i do a ton of sandwiches/bread.
^^ Rice Pudding and Bread Pudding are amazing, too easy to make too

Captain America was pretty awesome. Good plot, loads of action, & plenty of Scarlett. Way better than the first one IMO.
Delirious Mutant.
