That's what I thought. Use linear progression and 3x3 for all your main lifts - SQ, DL, BP, OHP. Then do some auxiliary work - row, chinup, core work, delt raises, arm curls and extensions.

well. i think... if you build your upper body way bigger than it is right now, the hops wont look so broad either.. :3
or, you could just enjoy your hips and swing them at the discos

You can run 5/3/1 and progress more rapidly. Some people will adjust the weights up as they go, if necessary, should they get way too many reps on the AMRAP set. (as in, they adjust the weights for the next week when they do that lift again)

Watchout for dat dere cortisol, yo. Whenever I miss sleep my heart rate stays up and my body temperature is elevated all day. Plus I feel like pure anus all day. But that increase in stress hormones has allowed for some solid PRs if I want to risk pushing the weight.

sometimes im high on cortisol..
the stress from lack of sleep and pushing limits is shown in my body too. im all soft and wobbly. but i dont mind. i hope the summer will cure this and give me time to rest well and avoid early heart attack!
