You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

Well, hello there boys!
"US" marked buns, probably produced for the U.S. government in the mid-20th Century. You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

They are 30s. After, I think, 45s, dumbbells of the era are called globes. And, if you look closely, you'll see "US" under where "YORK" should be. These dumbbells may well have been rejects from the foundry, since the company name is so heavily obscured from the casting.

I just did an experiment myself with a set of 85lb PowerBlocks.
Posted on CL let it go for 2 full days - 1 message on the second day with a lowball.
After 2 days, posted on FB Marketplace - got 4 messages in the first hour. 8 messages in the first day, sold within the first day for asking price.
I would say I'm done on CL - there are definitely buyers who don't use ********. I have sold some stuff on CL in the past few months. However, FB Marketplace just kills it - so much easier, more transparency (real names, profile ratings, etc.), you can send money within it, etc.Garage Gym Owner

My new Adjustable bench for DB work.
All the bells and whistles except the in FLAT position the pad gap is 2" or so, which does not bother me. In incline position there is no gap.
12" wide padding both seat and back pad. 2 X 2 posts in the front and back and 1/4" steel frame under the seat and back pad. It is probably as light as 5435 . This just based on the feel not actually measuring the weight
wheels and handle were added. Ignore the uprights lying around. I need to fix the Mass storage for DB's as I am rearranging that room.

Finally finished my Roundhead set a few weeks ago. Found 95s, 100s and the single 9 the same weekend. I probably could have almost two sets plus plenty extra pairs myself in gathering this set. Mine is mostly USA but not all so I will continue to swap out as I find the pre USA bells I need.

For those close to Dayton, Ohio, noticed some 90-pound globes for $200.
