allright jackass, I wasn't discredditing it I just said it didn't work for me, but as for my diet goes, Im on the Gerard Dante 45/35/20 split I eat all good carbs with 3 protein shakes a day, I also go through 4 cans of tuna a day and through a case of eggs every two days, I didn't think it was going to be a MIRACLE FIX, I just wanted to get rid of my gyno a little bit. But I did max on bench today and it its up from 275 to 300 in 3 weeks. As far as my workout regiment goes, I consider myself to workout pretty hard. I run a mile for warmup, lift weight for a hour or until I run out of **** to do. I only have a thumb on one hand so I can't do every excercise, but I get what I need done.

I eat about 2500 calories a day, I'm trying to loose fat right now, For cardio I run a mile pre and after workout. I'm not saying it doesn't work, just didn't work for me, But then again anything I take I have to double or triple the dosage so that it works on me. I took 150mg of winny a day for 4 weeks and then quit because it wasn't working.

Gee.
You complain about not gaining a pound, yet you're eating 2500 calories a day, doing lots of cardio, and trying to lose fat.
This is a simple matter of the laws of nature here.
You cannot create something out of nothing.
For most people 2500 cals a day would be maintenance calories if they're doing weight lifting. Add in cardio, and 2500 cals is below maintenance for the majority of the population.
Now how on earth are you supposed to put on mass if you're eating below maintenance?
Steroids will not help you put on weight if you're not eating 300-500 cals or more over your maintenance limit, and you won't see much of a strength gain if you're not putting on any mass. Also, I haven't seen many people doing cuts with Havoc/Epistane/Epidrol... there are other steroids out there much better suited for cutting. Seems to me Epidrol is great for packing on the mass, which is what most people have reported, something that won't happen if you're not getting enough calories. Thus you will see very little results.
If you're going to take something like Epidrol, then aim to gain a lot of mass while you're on it and cut afterwards.Last edited by Dalamara; 07-19-2007 at 11:02 PM.

well if you looked at my awnser you would have seen that I said I wasn't trying to put any weight, just get rid of my gyno a little bit, now Havoc/epistane/epidrol are supposedly the miracle fixes for that, I don't want any more weight on me so why would I want to eat more than 2500 calories a day, I will add though that the last week I've been taking 50mg a day and my workouts have been pretty insane, I have retaken my BF% since last month and I am up 4 pounds of lean mass and down 5 pounds of fat, You can credit that to epidrol if you want I really don't care. I just want this GD gyno to go down a little bit. The only problem I have had with epidrol is severe pains in my back right under my shoulder blade, This happens about 30 mins after I take the epidrol, it actually stopped when I started taking 50mg a day

DAY 7
BACK- bb rows: 135x12, 165x10, 185x7, 205x5
- bb t-bar rows:125x12, 135x8, 145x6
- db rows: 90x12, 100x10, 105x8
- widegrip pullups: bw+25x6,4, bwx6
Today I started back doing arms on a separate day, and every workout will have all freeweights w/the exception of arms and chest in which I might use cables at the end. Strength still feels great, followed up the workout w/a scoop of Growth Factor, 1/2 cup oats, 1 banana, and a scoop of nectar(WPI). GFH!*MusclePharm: Official Supplement of the UFC*

DAY 8
SHOULDERS- seated db press: 60x8,8,7
- bent over db raise: 30x12--20x6, 30x10--20x6, 30x8--20x6
- seated lateral raise: 35x10--25x6, 35x8--25x6, 35x8--25x6
- cable uncrossover: 40x12, 45x10, 50x8
- bb shrugs: 255x8, 275x5, 205x10
Seated press didn't feel too strong, but I haven't done it in a while and I could tell my stabilizers needed work. Everything else felt good, had more drive/aggression finishing sets, weights are still moving on up so I feel good.*MusclePharm: Official Supplement of the UFC*

DAY 9
ARMS- seated narrow grip preacher curl: 75x12, 85x8, 95x8
- seated alt db curl: 45x8,6 40x8
- db hammer curl: 45x10,8 40x6
- 2 hand high pulley cable curl: 55x10,8, 50x8
- weighted dips: bw+55x10,10,8
- 2hand overhead db extension: 65x12,12,12

DAY 10
off...
DAY 11
LEGS- squats: 225x12, 275x8, 315x6new PR
- 45* leg press: 270x12, 360x10, 450x7
- seated leg curl: 120x12, 135x12, 150x12
- seated calf raise: 90x12, 100x10, 105x8
Wow, not even onto week 3 and strength increases are insane! 315x6 was impossible to me 2 weeks ago, but I was suprised after unracking the bar how much lighter the weight felt! Also doing 12 reps on leg curls on all weights is much better than last week.*MusclePharm: Official Supplement of the UFC*
