I have an interview today and discovered that the top button on my shirt wouldn't button. Maybe that's a good sign that the weight I'm gaining is going to the right place.

A thicc neck is cool and all but if you get over 250lbs, you supposedly get sleep apnea and need a CPAP which is not it mane.

I stopped gaining weight recently though. Turns out what was driving the weight gain was and never which is supposed to be for cutting but for me, it makes me gain 3-4lbs a week for whatever reason. Everyone's response to different supplements varies a lot I guess. I stopped taking it because it was giving me debilitating back pumps, I also got blood work done and my liver was a disaster. That being said, if it makes me gain 3-4lbs a week, maybe it's the supplement for me.

Shane Hunt doesn't use a cpap. He says he just focused on nasal breathing until it became a habit for him. CPAPs make people look ugly as fuk. Causes lines on their face. Look at John jewett. Ugliest motherfuker I've ever saw. Also unaware which supplement you're refering to.
