LOL.
Youre dealing with a lot of lowIQ kunts on this forum....maybe they have money...maybe they have watches but what they don't often have is sense or taste.
I'm even more motivated that I posted this interview when it came out to....to as usual noreplies/crickets. chirp. chirp. If I put a quarter as much effort into improving my own life as contributing on this forum...Id be the guy in the plane (ffs I worked at Excel as well). gonna peace out from the misc soon enough (I hope).

Thread: Wildly interesting RichChad gives great interview. #its45minutes
havent' listened to all of it but basically this guy was in the navy as youth and started energy-trading and made loads. interview is on his private jet so kinda annoying background noise but really interesting.
i don't normally post these long non-shty posts but this is worthwhile. also I've contributed so much here over the years that I dont get credit on here but whatever....watch it or not.

nah.
so much of life is luck. in fact most tards work backwards and attribute their success to skill when its simply luck.
guy lucked out several times and leveled up.
btw; i used to work at that place (didn't know beforehand) its definitely possible but you also gotta have big balls to strike out on your own. if you do and you fail...you'll have a hard time coming back too.
also good luck!!! sounds like your IQ demands it.

“Conservatives are capitalists and believe that entrepreneurs who amass great wealth through their own efforts are good for the country and shouldn’t be punished for being successful. Liberals are socialists who view successful business owners as people who cheated the system somehow or got lucky. That’s why they don’t respect high achievers and see them as little more than piggy banks for their programs.” – John Hawkins

edit** and yea dude 8 minutes in and this dude is clearly on ********. the pausing and thinking after each question is a dead giveaway.
Also this dude is telling fish stories. you don't get fired for asking for more money (XL Energy or whatever he said). He clearly bounced...wasnt fired.Last edited by fate0311; 02-21-2023 at 06:01 AM.

im still confused as to what he actually did. so he dumped some money from his navy paychecks into the market, making a few thousand bucks I presume, and then turned that into a billion by investing in electricity stocks on repeat? surely theres more to it than that, especially on something he claims is so easily predictable. just seems like any remotely savvy person could make infinite money then
he mentioned solving problems. i dont understand what problems he solved by trading stocksCertified 1200 ng/l T

Seems like a solid guy.
Cliffs:
- grew up lower middle class - newspaper route, low wage job [Subway], college dropout
- decided to join the navy at 21
- save all his pay, went to work at Excel then went out on his own and competed against them
- says he regrets that his lack of work/life balance lead to the end of his first marriage [3 kids]
- says if you are wealthy you should eat only the very highest quality food
- talks about the private jet being a tool necessary to his lifestyle
- says that he spends the majority of his time stretching and pays $2500 a day on professionals that work with him on stretching and demonstrates an impressive pigeon pose for a man, particularly for man who is 50+...yin yoga people, just saying...talks about trauma being trapped in the body and releasing it
- recommends the Keith Cunningham 4 Day MBA program over traditional MBA programs
- says that the government's efforts re:health are lacking/need investigation and that the government should never be in charge of investigating themselves; sounds like this may be his present area of focus- health data and health outcomesINTP Crew

Maybe. Can't say I immediately find him super attractive, but it's an unplanned kinda dry interview.
I think we could have some great conversations and are around the same age/shared culture.
Could definitely see working for/with him on some project. In no sense a weak seeming person, but also not a micro managing super critical type...just based on this video.
But I'm not delusional either so odds of any of that are infinitesimally small anyway.INTP Crew
