You find a niche. example Outdoor deck stuff. Only do stuff worth 500 dollars and up. for those margins. You sell 1 product a day you make around 200 bucks min so you can mess up. Dont do that gay alexexpress stuff.
you find all the companies that sell them
you call them and ask to make a wholesale account.
Convince them you will help customers pre purchase and post purchase.

Heh, I make websites that nobody else makes, and so, have no competition, and therefore, have no need for SEO.
Since I'm from Chicago, I make a website on Chicago gangs, and there's very few websites out there on that.
Obviously, if I made a pokemon website, then it would be far down a Google search.

When me and my mates were really into gym and single we started an male services company.
Topless waiting and party crap. Like girls would pay us to come serve drinks and DJ at their hens parties and sht. Was pretty good would make a few hundred $ a weekend each and just party flat out with rooms full of sloots.
Edit - sorry not really online. Had a decent FB page and that was it.

Everything is saturated if you don't find something you can dedicate yourself to. There is NO easy way of doing it, because ALL situations will have problems which will be painful to go through no matter what. Biographies of Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos all boil down to "figuring out the hard things", and having a pain threshold which others don't go through with.
The hard thing is just DOING it. Thinking about ideas and concepts is easy and lovey dovey, but getting down to the specific tasks sucks. But its whats gives you cash.
Just start ASAP, keep working, and you will find a way. Business idea is literally step one, but there is a gazillion steps after it.
Also write down all your ideas and thoughts, and something will seem better than the others. Its all a numbers game. If you have 100 ideas, you will see the handfull which seem better to proceed with. But you need to get out of your head and into the real world.
Consumer behaviour is not exact science, and a bunch of our deciding is due to noise. Google refers to the decision making as "the messy middle". One thing you can do, is to literally just BE in the messy middle. If you are one of the places to buy, people will likely buy just because of randomness.
And then there is value you give.
What value can you give?
1. Convenience and time saving => People are on your site and see something they like. They can go ahead and buy, instead of wasting time and precious brain resource in keep searching and consider other options (which can be tiresome).
2. Reliability, customer service and understanding => Communicating with a western person is a tenfold easier than any asian person, which usually have somewhat of a broken english and miscommunication.
3. Everything in marketing (information, social proof, authority, community, art, entertainment, and a bunch of other mechanisms).
4. Product development. The more of your awareness you dedicate yourself to the more you often see what can be improved with it, so you can just do that. Invention and innovation is just work, although people think its magic. Its notLast edited by DSTEE; 06-02-2021 at 03:06 AM.
