“That kind of stuff is just, it’s ridiculous. It’s dangerous, it’s damaging, and it’s killing people. I mean, it’s literally killing their supporters. And that makes no sense to me.”

Rhetoric? The left literally went balls deep on Transgenders, Blacks, the Wealthy, Open Boarders, white privilege, Gun Control... Not only that, they didn't do it through legislation they did it through the Courts.
"Progressive" is well beyond social programs. It is now about making everyone equal through building up and tearing down regardless of merit.
Not that I like the religious right, but at least they aren't actively discrediting arguments because I am a "straight white male".Finance Degree - USAF INTEL - IIFYM - Injured Crew - KTM XCW300 - Single Track Trail Rider - NRA Supporter - Shunned from MFC - Libertarian - Pragmatist

Yes, "rhetoric".
Not sure about whatever else you're saying. Progressive has always meant "liberal" policies, which implies social programs and assistance. Trump helped improve those programs. Not much else to say. Trump is a Progressive, he campaigned on a lot of Progressive ideals. The narrative changed from him being "pure conservative" to "It's okay to have some Liberal ideas" from the right-wing thought police.
To your last point, lib, liberal, liblogic, cuck, etc. were used to shutdown conversation just like "you're a ****ing white male", "Nazi", and "racist" were used. Both sides suck, which is why I'm abstaining from this round. Censorship is prevalent everywhere, especially on the Religious Right.
Just playing devil's advocate here. Gun to my head, I'd vote Republican. However, I live in the United States of America, so the right to not vote is mine as is the right to vote.Moved Squat, Bench, and Deadlift to Yoke, Log, and Stones.

Progressive - (of a group, person, or idea) favoring or implementing social reform or new, liberal ideas.
Conservative - a person who is averse to change and holds to traditional values and attitudes, typically in relation to politics.
The thing is as progressives won Conservatives adopted their ideals. Then the progressives by their nature took the next step. Their objective of Social Reform is "Equality".Finance Degree - USAF INTEL - IIFYM - Injured Crew - KTM XCW300 - Single Track Trail Rider - NRA Supporter - Shunned from MFC - Libertarian - Pragmatist

That seems like BS even if only for the reason that a Beto midterm victory would damn near vault him to democratic front runner status for 2020. A tx midterm victory would be absolutley insane because it's so unlikely on its face. "Not trying to win" makes ZERO sense . We are talking a dem with Texas constituency. Highly unlikely but certainly coveted

The Democratic Party will NEVER recover after being exposed in recent years. They will split into two: the Bernie side and the moderate side. By 2022 I fully expect that democratic party as we know it today to be extinct.
They have nothing going for them. They stand for hate, division, violence, and Marxism. They're literally running on raising middle class taxes and getting thousands of illegals from that Caravan into this country. America has finally seen the effects of a real patriot in power, and they love it because they are finally doing well. The dems only sow hatred and poverty. They're done for and will become even more insignificant 30 hours from now.

It is actually not 'unlikely' on its face, we saw in 2016 MSNBC pundits made Texas a 'purple state', Cruz never had establishment backing, he was a relic of the Tea Party which was taken over by Trumpism. Within the inner circles of the DCCC and DNC it has been a forgone conclusion that Beto blew it due to incompetence or he never intended to win.

Didn't have the time to add up the approval numbers eh? lol the one poll that had Trump winning the electoral college is the one poll you don't trust. My god when I worked at the DNC we realized we had to cater to idiots like yourself to win and it ended up being too depressing for a lot of staffers.

The claim isn't false, you didn't even check the daily trends, November 2nd the approval was 51%, are you too dumb to realize 51 > 50?
http://www.rasmussenreports.com/publ..._index_history
yeah I've worked for the DNC, worked for the Bernie campaign, have done more to get real New Deal Democrats elected than you ever will in your life. Keep making false claims on message boards, that really helps your cause kid.
