I saw a Layne Norton vid. He was saying that it's like $10 a month. I could be wrong, but that kind of price has me thinking it would be worth a shot. I'd find out within 90 days if it's for me or not. Spend more than that going to a movie.

Close grip bench was feeling strong today! Deadlifts went better than last week but they still feel so grindy and slow. Squats were alright. Weight was up a lot on these compared to last weeks session.Meow

I had issues again last weekend. It's so weird, Monday through Friday I have no problem sticking with my macros and I had been fine beforehand. I think I have had too much free time on the weekends and that has a tendancy to let my mind wander into binge zone. I absolutely love the energy that E-cin is giving me though. I need to come up with a plan of attack for weekends so that I can stick to my macros. Weight was 215 this morning and I think I'll probably be about 210-209 by Saturday. I just need to get one good weekend in to get me back on track.

Great workout! Felt really strong today, which isn't usual on back day. Pulldown strength has improved a lot. Might be able to start doing some pullups again soon, usually don't because they agitate my shoulders but I figure if I can get my base strength up more I will eventually be able to handle them again.Meow

Weekends are tough for a everyone. My wife and I try to meal prep on the weekend so its alot easier to make sure we don't drift on the plan. But sometimes it happens. Just get back on track and make things happen.

Great workout! Easy peasy as a deload should be. Got a bit of a tricep pump too, I like those. Appetite was down again today too! Feeling much better than I was before and I think I know why I kept binge eating... STRESS!!! Added caffeine plus sleep was kind of lacking due to heat and broken AC. I the sleep figured out now so that I'm more comfortable and I think that is why I'm feeling better. Time to shed some of this bloat and finish this log strong!Meow
