Taste: fantastic. Like a dreamsicle. One of the better intras I've ever had.
Mixability: works well with a lot of water. If you don't add enough it is a little chalky, but not really off putting.
Workouts: well I've added in cardio mostly because I feel like I have enough to keep going after my workout. Normally I do short workouts anyway, but this really has helped buffer my fatigue.
