trained from 16 to 18 till I got hit by a car and not able to lift for 6 years now just layed down and rotted . will try to start again in the future , already training with dumbells for a few years at home but pain gets too much after a few exercises . feels bad mang I could've been a beast by now

i think 90% of people are lifters when they come to this website, but not everyone lifts as religiously as the next person, so sometimes life priorities like work or education comes up and they stop lifting for a few months, or forever.

I think people come to the Misc to troll and have fun. There are some others who used to be lifters but don't do it anymore because of various reasons.
