In. You should record your before and after 1 RM's and see if they change any.

Thought about that, along with blood work etc. But this is pretty much strictly about weight loss/gain. I am by no means promoting this as a "good" idea for anyone to try. I just like showing that even when you take things to the extreme, weight loss is very possible.

Will you be drinking soda every day too?

What kind of soda?

Variety or stick to one brand?

If I cant hit my cals on the head from my fast food choices I will use soda as a filler. Probably Coke and Mtn Dew mostly.

Unintentionally did this for a couple of months when i was busy working retail and had no time to properly eat. Lunch and dinner consisted of mcdonalds/subway/KFC/Mos Burger/Burger king on a rotational basis and got down to my leanest state ever doing this. Good luck op

Seen it a ton of times what it does to your body, but its going to be interesting to see how a miscer responds to this diet and the fact that you are changing things up a bit. Interesting to see results. Will follow your journey!

Because if I split it up I would be starving at night. I generally eat 90% of my cals in one meal late at night anyway. I don't mind not eating throughout the day.

i will be following ur vids but eating like that when obviously you are not going to hit your protein macro AND only eating everything in 1 sitting like that which can make every sane person crazy due to hunger, give a natural a week of fast food in 1 sitting and he will blow up

Why? What does being natty have to do with this? The body is going to adjust to sodium consumption, and carbs aren't super high so there should be no extreme bloat from either of those. Cals are what they are, so unless I was going way over my burn I shouldn't be in any danger of gaining anything.

And tons of people love IF, so eating all of my food in one sitting (or during a short window) shouldn't be all that surprising.
