Thanks Sean26607. good to know that someone else faces the same difficulty of overtraining. I seem to still be able to take an hr in my workout but fitting in a lot of sets and reps. Maybe i'm not training to failure or not lifting heavy enough?
it's just so hard not going to the gym.
btw, don't i already have more than 50 posts to be considered?

Hey gallagnm and sean,
I'd be interested in giving this a try crazy pumps do sound intense (like Arnold I love the mental satisfaction of the pump)! By the way, did you guys get the link to my store review I posted in my last log?"The beast's eyes show panic, he had thought he was an immovable object; but the man in black was an unstoppable force. This result had been cemented from the beginning: inertia is a law of physics."

Done, and done ;p
Now, there are two categories of weak spots for me.
The first is what constitutes as a weak spot in my actual training routine and that is my schedule. Right now my school schedule is pretty straightforward (I go to school all day Tues/Thurs), but I recently lost my job and as such I have yet to find a new one. It's hard for me to throw in definitive scheduled workouts when I'm constantly doing interviews/job apps/etc, so I'm hoping to get a steady job soon with a set schedule that way I can plan my workouts around it and have a laid out schedule.
The second is my actual weak spot on my body, and that besides overall mass gaining is my upper pec. Now, how I've started addressing this is that in my new hypertrophy bulking routine on chest/tri day I put a larger focus on working my upper pec. (I do 5 sets of 10-12 incline press to 4 sets of 10-12 decline press, 3 sets of 10-12 flys to 4 sets of 10-12 incline flys). I actually started my routine this Monday (on chest/tri day) and I can still feel it!"The beast's eyes show panic, he had thought he was an immovable object; but the man in black was an unstoppable force. This result had been cemented from the beginning: inertia is a law of physics."

My weak point in my training is pretty simple really. I've got some terrible mobility and flexibility issues from military training and not stretching enough.
I've been doing a lot of mobility banded drills to fix them plus doing yoga (and enjoying the view) and even getting deep tissue messages. It's been 3 months and I've still got trouble. Rome wasn't built in a day though. Trying to be patient. I know I'm getting there but I'm nowhere close yet.Dirty Leb Crew
