It's called spot reduction. Make sure you do situps to lose your bellyfat. As long as you're not benching (eating up chest fat) you should be fine

Makes sense. I will avoid the bench press and just stick to the tons of lifting that I do with my 5lbs dumb bells and shake weight. Bench press really just seems like a guy exercise anyway. Don't want to look like a man or anything...

You might have actually inspired me to try them again....last time I had them I was 8, and my great grandmother decided to 'cook'. It was the nastiest, soggiest, chit I ever tasted (sorry grandma lol).
