Makes sense. I will avoid the bench press and just stick to the tons of lifting that I do with my 5lbs dumb bells and shake weight. Bench press really just seems like a guy exercise anyway. Don't want to look like a man or anything...
Waist trimmer and situps, should be down 20 lbs in two weeks. Wish me luck

There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

Who has a tattoo? If yes, do you regret it?

Plan on getting some as soon as I have lost my fat and have enough money to. The only thing I worry about is if they might get deformed slightly when I get round to putting mass back on.

I have one tattoo, and I will never regret it because it is a dedication to my dad who died in an accident. Got it 7 years ago.
I've only had brussels sprouts once, I guess I should try roasting. Sounds decent.US Coast Guard ~ SEMPER PARATUS

You might have actually inspired me to try them again....last time I had them I was 8, and my great grandmother decided to 'cook'. It was the nastiest, soggiest, chit I ever tasted (sorry grandma lol).
Have a few, and I love them all...but they have spiritual meaning so hard to regret that

Yes tattoo. Yes regret it.
Means nothing. I was a bored marine sittin around the barracks with nothing better to do. So i got a celtic band that wraps all the way around my forearm. Why?
