    we gave it but I dont think its used for competing purposes. Far too difficult to keep accurate and fair measurements with so many people.

    Its probably going to take -50 pounds as a team to win this comp and become immortalized legends of the fat loss forum but lets at the very least hit 35 pounds. That's 7 pounds for each of us.

    No cheating this month guys and gals. Keep the diet on point and make sure you are doing your cardio. A good nights rest is always critical for weight loss too.

    Goal is 1kg per week. I've been plateaued for the last little while, should be coming out of it though.

    Looks like we haven't done that well this week. I'm only down 1 lbs, same as urbanlamb. I was doing good until the weekend.

    Maybe we need to pull together and help each other out. Lets start by ensuring we are all excersing properly. I'll start off by posting my workouts after I'm done each one.

    I'm on day 8 of Jamie Eason's Live Fit program, heading to the gym this morning for that. Also after work, will head to the gym for a BodyStep class.

    My bad for not being active this week. All I did this week was drink and smoke weed and I felt too guilty to post.

    feelsbadman ect but there is nothing I can do about it now.

    Did cardio yesterday and I'm about to go again right now.

    I'm up 2 pounds 195 to 197 but I plan to be down to 193 or better by Friday and down to 188 by the end of the month.

    mrwizyrd pm'ed me that he is down to 210.

    I didn't get the weigh-in I was hoping for this morning. I can't feel too bad about it though.. I worked hard and ate responsible but it didn't happen for me. I just got to keep grinding.

    My goals for the week are:

    - eat more protein
    - get more sleep
    - workout or hit cardio every day

    I'm going to get my first workout for the week in right now.
