Its probably going to take -50 pounds as a team to win this comp and become immortalized legends of the fat loss forum but lets at the very least hit 35 pounds. That's 7 pounds for each of us.
No cheating this month guys and gals. Keep the diet on point and make sure you are doing your cardio. A good nights rest is always critical for weight loss too.

My bad for not being active this week. All I did this week was drink and smoke weed and I felt too guilty to post.
feelsbadman ect but there is nothing I can do about it now.
Did cardio yesterday and I'm about to go again right now.
I'm up 2 pounds 195 to 197 but I plan to be down to 193 or better by Friday and down to 188 by the end of the month.
mrwizyrd pm'ed me that he is down to 210.

I didn't get the weigh-in I was hoping for this morning. I can't feel too bad about it though.. I worked hard and ate responsible but it didn't happen for me. I just got to keep grinding.
My goals for the week are:
- eat more protein
- get more sleep
- workout or hit cardio every day
I'm going to get my first workout for the week in right now.
