So...where's your estimates for women? Am I the only one that would like to see an equivalent post? I'm getting ready to take a bunch of scary pics to put into a thread to get people to estimate my bodyfat just because everything I've tried gives me different answers. I've tried calipers, measuring and plugging into formulas, the handheld electronic calc at the gym, etc. I've gotten everything from 16% to 28%. I'm at a loss but I'm ready to cut cut cut the fat.

I really like the descriptions given and the mention of how every body is different, ive used a couple different measurement systems and they are all putting me between 11-13 but when i compare to most example pics i feel like im way bigger but it seems like all those pics have abs showing up at like 15 percent and i still don't see mine but text descriptions make me feel a little better about the estimates
