Tons on my chest and some on my love handles. Oddly enough, the stomach area is where I tend to lose fat first.
Start (fat guy):May 31 2009 - 205lbs ~34%bf
(first large cut) July 31 2010 - 140 lbs ~14-15%bf
(first bulk) March 1 2011 - 164lbs ~18-19%bf
Currently (June 30, 2011) - 146lbs ~11-12% bf
Ultimate Long term Goal - 170lbs @ 10%bf

Honest to god, mine is absolutely 95% in my love handles/lower back.
I mean, i have some on my lower abs, but not like an unusual amount for my BF%, but my lower back is not even close to matching the rest of my body, if that makes sense.
For example, If you were to just see a picture of my lower back from the side, i'd be willing to guess most people would guess i was around 20-25% body fat without seeing the rest of me.

Mine is all on the front of the belly. I have 2 muffin tops! I have a fat layer hanging off my ribs that is driving me crazy and then the usual belly flap. I am slowly seeing the rolls on my ribs get smaller but not fast enough. It depresses me so, but it also pushes me to not give up.
