Where's your fat hiding the most?

Gut/lovehandle/lower back.. 80-85% of my fat is stored.

That's me right there. It's like I'm decent if I'm looking at myself in the mirror straight on. Soon as I turn to the side.... I'm pissed lol.

Tons on my chest and some on my love handles. Oddly enough, the stomach area is where I tend to lose fat first.

I kind of have 3 spare tires. One on my chest, one around my stomach (belly button and love handles) and then one around my butt/outer thighs. The butt and outer thighs are shrinking quite a bit. The other two, not so much. But I think I still have 20 or 30 lbs to go.

Most of my fat is deposited in my love handles, lower stomach, mid/upper back (right under the scapula and a bit of where the scapula is), and inner thighs.

This is just where I've observed.

A lot on my lower abdomen and lower waist and hips. A lot of it's actually on my chest which sucks balls. Just started warrior diet so hopefully it will bugger off

Honest to god, mine is absolutely 95% in my love handles/lower back.

I mean, i have some on my lower abs, but not like an unusual amount for my BF%, but my lower back is not even close to matching the rest of my body, if that makes sense.

For example, If you were to just see a picture of my lower back from the side, i'd be willing to guess most people would guess i was around 20-25% body fat without seeing the rest of me.

Its depressing.

My butt, its so hard to get rid of it, I'm trying to lose weight, I look fine everywhere else but i got big butt lol but I am tired of having to buy jeans a size to big just fit my butt but be to lose around my waist

Inner thighs, lower abs, obliques. But easily get rid of them when I go into my cutting phases. Regardless I hate it! Lol

Mine is all on the front of the belly. I have 2 muffin tops! I have a fat layer hanging off my ribs that is driving me crazy and then the usual belly flap. I am slowly seeing the rolls on my ribs get smaller but not fast enough. It depresses me so, but it also pushes me to not give up.

that's like me w/ my tub of goo around my belly button. meh. it is what it is. it will go down eventually. may take 20 lbs like it does w/ me.
