BB.com doesn't want to be responsible for some random ***got reading about steroids on here, thinking they know what they're doing, and proceeding to harm themselves.

This is the reason, although I think it's bull****. I think some one who is considering the use of cell tech should have access to a place where they can gather as much info as possible before actually using for the first time, instead of just trying to figure it out on their own. There are many other sites on the internet where you gan get this info, but as mentioned before this is a BODYBUILDING website.

2010 Join date. FYI threads about other illegal drugs don't last any longer, in fact threads about roids tend to last pretty long. Also the fbi/fda raid on the BB.com warehouses shook Ryan Deluca and probably investors wanted the ASS section deleted to dissociate with that world. that section used to have a home brews section. ect..

the thing is this site is too large to be policed by a volunteer group of mods. So things slip by occasionally, not their fault, they just have to large an area to police and not enough resources to do it.
I would agree that keeping dat der cell tek off of bodybuilding.com is probably like keeping oats discusion off of horses.com

If some dumbass told some poor joe schmuck sixteen year old how to take cell-tech and told him incorrectly and said joe schmuck gets testicular cancer at age 17, there is liability to bb.com. cell-tech is not accepted at all by the general public and in a civil case, if the 17 year olds parents brought bb.com to court bb.com would be ram rodded by the legal system for even having that discussion allowed on their forums as no one wants their kids to have access to that kind of material as it is not socially kosher.

besides the forums here are privately owned and are under no obligation to the first amendment. They are free to be as restrictive as they want, just as we are free to go to other sites and discuss what we want.

As you said there are heaps of forums out there dedicated solely to roid use.

BB.Com is not going to make any money out of people promoting and giving advice on illegal drugs on their site, but they will expose themselves to a whole lot of negatives as a result. Yeah they are a part of BBing but don't really have a place on a discussion board run by a company that sells legal supplments.

With the sheer amount of morons taking nowadays them who have been lifting for under a year then chose to take the easy route rather than hitting anything approaching natural limits or plateaus first, anything that breeds more of them or makes it easier to find a supplier (and lets be honest lots of pm's on any forum would be pimping out suppliers) is not really a good thing.
