IMO girls want single digit bodyfat, at my height from 170+ good, everything else I think is just gravy, I don't care about what girls think at this point in my lifting. In the beginning sure I wanted to get bigger, now everyone notices so I don't really care, I just do it for me. I think if ur between 5 9 and 6 0 ( I am around 5 11) weight between 175-200 and single digit bodyfat is the male model look.

From my experience:

Older---25(Even more so past 30)+ start digging the barrel chested muscular dudes

Just independent---- 18-24+ They vary greatly. Obviously having some muscle does wonders for initial attraction. The main thing though is that being "jacked" provides you with a "Alpha Dog Vibe". The other dudes will likely compliment or talk with you about how swollen you are. This makes the "OMG Alpha" cell click in her head and you're instantly a good find.

Younger---- -18 While I was in it was all about which crowd you ran with. Everyone knows the "crowd game". Chicks who hang with the cool crowd won't go for the nerd crowd dudes. The jock chicks (usually cheerleaders) wouldn't go for the nerds or cool crowd. The nerd chicks were generally either very socially awkward or were forced into the nerd crowd by the other crowds. Then of course there were the smart kids who belonged to no crowds and free roamed with their faces in books all day.

Just remember next time you're out to notice when your buddies and you find some hot chicks that 9/10 times the ones that the majority find the most attractive with instantly be more attractive to you too. Girls like someone who is passionate about something...ANYTHING. Ever notice that guys who are in bands, good at sports, involved in a club or something always get girls attention? Girls live indirectly through guys. So to put it lightly most of the time if you're buff girls will probably think that all guys want to be your friends, girls will want you, you're good at something, etc and will be interested in getting to know you and see what kind of lifestyle you have. I honestly will say I get more female heads turning behind 207 lbs at 5'8'' and lean than i ever have. At the end of the day though...if you bring to the table an appealing lifestyle and are passionate about what you do in life girls will flock.
