It's funny i see this thread. Yesterday in business law my teacher (lawyer) was discussing shared driveways and how much of a complete mess they are. He said he had a client who had a crazy ass lady next door who SHOT at him over a dispute over the shared driveway.

In all seriousness, it's a shared driveway and you need to call the police and have her remove her car.

If you mess with her car at all you're going to be taken to court for damages(obviously).
