btw, for the recipe listed, the macros are:

2280/165fat/21carb (not sure about net, includes trace carbs from cheese and eggs)/120protein

    (no toppings included)

285/20fat/2carb/15protein per slice if there are 8 slices

    (again, no toppings included)

    I'm making this tonight

    The crust, post baking:

    After adding the topping:

    After cooking:

    Pizza 1

    Pizza 2

I ate most of pizza 1, which was loaded with pepperoni with less mushrooms. I ate half of it, and I estimate I got about 10g carbs (not including net cuz im too lazy to figure it out), 90g fat, and 65g protein; 1200 calories.

The crust wasn't thin or crispy :[, but it was amazingly delicious, like a quiche. Basically, I made one mistake: the plates were too thick. If I had a better pan, the crust would have been crispier and easier to eat (I had to eat mine with a fork and knife).

It was amazing. It was delicious. I loved it =]

This is THE best keto recipe. This pizza honestly tastes as good as Round Table in my book.

...and I was a little freaked out by the crust tasting like a quiche comment because that sounded disgusting to me but I was surprised to find that it was nearly the consistency of bread and that the cooked cheese dominated the taste.

Thumbs up ...Forget regular pizza... Keto pizza is good stuff!!

    That was great pizza...

My toppings: pepperoni, turkey bacon, and I used a tomato alfredo sauce instead of regular pizza sauce...

all I gotta say is... voila!

EDIT: I should have baked the crust longer.... still a little soft in the middle (I used a glass 9 x 6 pan)... so maybe next time I will bump it up to 20-22 mins, or use a larger pan

Have you ever considered going with a more firm base like pork rinds/almond flour/flax seed to help firm it up? I usually use a pork rind/egg base and have came out with some very crispy/tasty thin crust pizzas.

    Interesting...

I had flax seed meal in my fridge...

next time I should put some in the crust mix, and see how it turns out...

    thanks for the suggestions...

I loved this pizza aside from the crust.

eggs in pizza is just nasty imo.

is there anything else i can use to get a firm, crispy crust?

I cant wait to try this recipe!

I have taken the liberty to convert the measurements to metric, for other european dieters:

    115 g cream cheese

    3 eggs

    1/3 cup (80 ml) cream

1/4 cup (60 ml) grated parmesan cheese

    1/2 tsp. oregano

    1/4 tsp. garlic powder

2 cups (480 ml) mixed italian cheese (I also used the Mexican cheese blend and it is fine)

1/2 cup (120 ml) pizza sauce (I used Healthy Choice Pizza sauce)

1 cup (240 ml) of mozzarella cheese

    pizza toppings of your choice:
pepperoni ,ham, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, bacon, browned sausage or seasoned ground beef, additional parmesan cheese for topping

    Preheat oven to 190 C
Beat together cream cheese and eggs till smooth. Add cream, parmesan cheese, and spices and mix again.
Spray oblong casserole dish with PAM. Sprinkle 2 cups italian cheeses into dish and pour egg mixture over it. Bake at 190 for about 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Spread on pizza sauce, sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and pile with your favorite toppings. Then sprinkle with more parmesan cheese. Return to oven and bake til bubbly and browning. Allow to stand 10 minutes before cutting.

I used to make this when I first tried keto, I think about 6 years ago. I forgot about this one!!

For the crust, I would line my glass casserole dish with pepperoni slices, then pour the egg/cheese mix on top. I?ll have to try this again, it was so tasty!
