some of you kids that do like 1 billion sets for abs and 30 mins per session are retarded
it won't get you a six pack, low body fat will....a few leg raises and weighted crunches once or twice a week is all you really need....all these swole ass 150 lbers doing all this **** for abs in hopes that their abs will show through their 15 percent body fat.
