i havent researched this at all. the information that im basing it on are my intro, body, muscle, performance physiology classes im taking for my major. the first thign we talk about in most of the classes is that u cant create or convert muscle fibers. but the instructor did say some people are trying to figure out if u can convert, but he said its not likely gonna work.

first of all, i would like to thank everyone who came onto this thread and answering my question. Right now my current routine consists of lifting 5 days a week consisting of one body part per day max ot style, low volume 4-6 reps. Im currently cutting but im stronger than i was at 170lbs. I weighed myself today and currently weigh 162 but all my lifts are going up. Well anyways according to Kelly Baggett, author of VJB says you can convert slow twitch muscle fibers into fast twitch by doing plyometric exercises.

You should not be their first choice to PM for questions. Your acting like you have a master and have studied for years. Your previous posts show you are missing concepts and are just starting out with learning and yet every post you act like your a genius in the field. Just kinda annoying with the 'PM me for questions' and 'physiology 101'. And there is no reason to change terms from fast twitch/slow twitch to FG/SO.
