Ah, gotcha thanks Sounds like a good late Xmas gift
Butterscotch = FTW! I ordered a tub of banana a few weeks ago and I love it, tastes like banana laffy taffy. I've only had two scoops of it so far one in milk and one in oats. I think it would be awesome for sludge.
Btw, I got a milkshake mixer after your post in the IF thread, Great investment!

Hmm...been thinking about going the Cottage Cheese route. For those of you who do it, how does it compare in consistency/taste to just simply protein/water?

delicious! i'm all about CC/Whey wraps/crepes
1/2 cup of cc a scoop of vanilla whey- thrw a spoonful of sugar free jam/jellypreserves or some sugar free choco syrup in the mix. add it to the crepe/wrap/lavash/whatever you're using.
roll it up, nuke it, top with some more sugar free syrup or jam and profit!

I just saw where AlwaysTryin suggested this too.. oops. Is the fruit necessary to make it "fluff" I bet the "air" is what makes it so satiating. I need some new in my life so tonight this. Tomorrow night Im gonna try the cottage cheese mixture I think.
For whatever reason my brain can't be satisfied until I end the day with something that is 'sweet'

yeah, you need fruit
frozen too, don't thaw them
raspberries, strawberries and blueberries work the best in that order.

martin's great for a lot of things, but i'm sorry to say that i wouldn't recommend snatching recipes/food ideas off him .
i dunno just looking at the pictures of stuff he prefers to eat, IMO it's mostly very repetitive and typical bodybuilder "clean" foods, albeit in much larger portions...although i guess that's just what he likes....other than the occasional cheesecake binge, which also doesn't seem that appealing to me. but hey, to each his own.

I just made it. I used fresh strawberries mashed them, casein, and skim milk. It fluffed. It wasnt bad but I think it would be better frozen. It gave me the novel idea to try to make meringues (sp?) I wonder if the protein powder would deflate the egg whites it when you go to fold it in?! idk. Will try tomorrow haha.

Do not thaw the fruit at all.
It gotsta be frozen.
Here, check this;

^Great tips there (BUT I have never got it to work without the berries being frozen, neither have other people I've talked to - so, use frozen )

Well I must be special because it worked for me with fresh berries Picture coming soon. Also I have a professional grade stand mixer so I am sure that works to my benefit as well. Also.. while it was good I won't be eating it again... brb consuming air. It was uncomfortable and made me feel bloated bleh.
sweet.. Im stoked!
Greek Yogurt son!
