Evans house is looking good, I just drove by it about 10 min ago. Hes def. invested some major money into that home and lives in a real nice section of town.
Hes doing a fantastic job and like everyone said hes very smart for staying home and trying to save. Its not cheap were we live to rent/own a home. Many young people end up leaving the area because of this.
