I got some progress pics after 3 weeks here
here is me at the end of March, i started keto about a week and a half after this
this is the same pose 3 weeks into keto now
and here is my back starting to look ripped as well
I definitely see my back is getting bigger, and my midsection is definitely shrinking, and I have only lost a few pounds total. Definitely some muscle increase. Oh and also, my face has pretty much cleared up from acne haha.

I am really loving this diet, so far, my weight has not changed much, yet as of yesterday my deadlifts are up 40 pounds from 3 weeks ago, and my military press is starting to get back up where it used to be before I started cutting on a carb diet. Lat pulldowns are up 30 pounds at least. Can't wait to see if I can up the weight on my squats on Monday. Plus everyone is commenting on how I keep looking thinner every time they see me, so that's a sure sign that i have lost a good amount of fat too.

damn this is completely awesome. My weight has not really changed much, but i just measured around below my ribcage, and it said 34.5"!!! My natural waistline has only changed about an inch or so, but my body seems to be attacking my upper midsection fat stores like mad!

well, it looks like increasing my fat intake was a good idea, I only decreased my overall caloric intake by about 200 cals, but today I am down to 193, on a thursday! I have never been this low on a thursday, especially considering how dirty my carb ups have been. All of my lifts have been up this week too, so I might be starting to hit that point where my fat loss is more than my muscle gain.

Here is yesterdays count. I am seeing alot better macros this week, all because I cut out the chicken breast i would have for lunch and replaced it with a hamburger patty instead. Last week, my Macros had about 55 percent fat, but now I am getting a good amount more fat this week.

I have been lifting since may 2008, when I was over 300 pounds. I continued to do that with just a cleaner diet, and I lost alot of weight, gained alot of strength. When I actually formulated a diet where I had to eat 8 times a day at the beginning of this year, I lost alot of weight, but I also lost alot of muscle. So basically, alot of the muscle I had previously gained from lifting all year was lost, so I am glad to be able to get it back now, and get rid of the bodyfat as well!

I got a new idea for carb up tomorrow. I had previously been cheating my ass off the past couple weeks. So tomorrow, I am going to try and keep it fairly clean. I will have rasin bran, oats, whole grain bread, and at the end of the day I am going to go to flat top grille for my final meal. For that meal, it will be stir fry, so I will load up on the brown rice and noodles.

Here's what today's carb up looked like. Fat came in a bit high, but my calories are alot lower than what they were the past 3 saturdays. Basically that's because I kept it clean through most of the day and had a cheat meal for dinner. So things should be ok this week hopefully.

good news everyone! pretty much all the strength I lost on a conventional cutting diet has returned, and my bodyfat is a good amount down, and my overall weight is down too. Vascularity is pretty damn good when I am lifting too, I got webs going up my arms haha .

wow, I am definitely getting more carbs in tomorrow, because I went in for back day today, did my dead lifts and bent over rows, which were improved as far as strength goes, and BAM I could barely do my shrugs at all. I think im going to get some sorbet for tomorrow, and chow down on that. Along with my usual complex carbs etc.

So yea basically I don't want to know how much carbs I took in today haha. I took in 1000g easy. Cereal, pop tarts, Stir Fry with brown rice, chicken, and veggies; and a whole box of fat free ice cream sandwiches. I'll be fine though, but those ice cream sandwiches made me ill haha. I bought some haagan dazs sorbet, but that'll have to wait till next weekend. I don't want to have anything else hahaha

yea the carb up made me gain 8 pounds, hopefully I will be able to drop all that water off and be at a loss for the week. I got some psyllium husk because I think I caused some gastrointestinal trauma from saturday's food fest, whoops. I am in some pain, but hopefully it will clear up as the week goes on by drinking the psyllium husk in my shakes. I also got some white flood to try out, so well see how much that boosts my workouts. I am also looking into getting some orange triad, so I can get insane amounts of vitamins in as suggested by the anabolic diet ebook.

I am almost out of safflower oil now, good thing I have been adding it to my shakes. I bought some EVOO today, damn that stuff is pretty expensive, but hopefully it can add more flavor than the safflower oil. I also found some sugar free chocolate syrup today, not walden farms, but Torani? I don't know but now I have some in case I make some low carb cheesecake or something.

I got my Orange Triad in the mail today, along with a bodyfat caliper I ordered from BB. I must have a lot of loose skin, because the reading is surprising. BB added in a sample pack of intravol by muscletech hahaha, 20g carbs per pack, I should just throw it out or give it to someone. My lipo6x is going to be gone by saturday, so I am going to start up orange triad and white flood probably next week.

tomorrow is carb load again, I'm going to try and not binge my arse off this time. I got some sorbet to finish, and I got some raisin cinnamon bagels. I also got some raisin bran crunch with fat free milk for tomorrow . I think I gained muscle this week because of the big carb up I had last week.

I barely gained any weight from the last carb up, which was fully sufficient for carbs for the week as well. So, seeing as I gained almost no weight and during the week I lose about 6 pounds with water loss on average, I should be under 190 at the end of this week hopefully.

meh, I am starting to get discouraged, my weight is the exact same as it was last week. My carb up was clean as hell last week too. Maybe I gained some muscle this week, but I dunno. I've been eating at a solid 2000 all week too.
