Thoughts on doing something like an upper/lower off upper/lower/arms routine for bulking? With one day being mostly in the 6-8 range and one in the 8-12 range or something. 5/3/1 deadlifts on the heavier day, stiff legged deads on the other day. And an arm day because my arms are seriously **** and I've never tried training them on their own.
I'm a bit sick of PPL, I feel like I could be making better gains. Btw not cutting any more for now. Current weight is 174, went down from 187, dropped 3 inches around the waist, took about 6 weeks. But it's winter and I can't stand how DYEL I'm starting to look even if my abs are beginning to pop, I want to try to make some gains. Will probably cut 6 weeks in may/june again for summer.Shreds > cheats

IN. looking shredded as fuk this morning. 3rd day of keto complete. Water weight has stabilized, so now its onto that slow weight loss grind again. Went through an insane mental fatigue yesterday that lasted about an hour. Gym performance was better than expected.

Test came back...
I was at 404 ng/dl. Still low, but low normal on the chart and still higher than last year. Last year I was consistently measuring 300-305 ng/dl.
I was heavier last year too...weighing about 230 lbs. I noticed the best I ever felt was when I got all the way down to 200 lbs over summer cut. Maybe my body just wants to be small to operate correctly. My focus was much better as was my sex drive. Both are in the ****ter right now.
If I can get myself feeling normal without using a gel, I will certainly do that. Over the summer I cut basically all carbs out and I felt great, maybe I should try that again? How does one bulk without carbs though? I'd like to try this, so if any of you guys have ideas, let me know. Obviously fat is going to have to replace carbs or I will never get enough cals in.

bulking without carbs is a terrible idea srs. You felt better because you were lean not because of the lack of carbs.
Also maybe try backloading carbs. When do you lift?
Not that I know what my levels are, but I've noticed I've felt the best in my life when I'm lean, but not cutting. It's more during the upping cals period while I'm still around my low cut weight but cals are around maintenance. Basically equals being lean plus a healthy balanced diet with hormones stabilized.
