well it doesn't seem to hit depth in the videos other then marks where he pauses it-though in some IPF standards might see it going either way-. If anything when he came up they grabbed him right away since looked like he was losing balance which would not give him three whites. Thats the only internet judging I have on the squat still beats old record by quite a bit so its pretty ridiculous.

In all honesty I think his hip crease hit parallel, but maybe not breaking it. With 1025 he's not gonna be in the hole long enough to tell at a a meet. Personally if the difference comes down to 1cm then I'd white light it.

If you have beastly hams and glutes it will look mad deep from the front, from the video he clearly HIT parallel.

I'm not taking ANYTHING away from that lift, I will never be able to do that.

It might not have been "dunked" but it was right there and that's where the great squatters put it. Probably the best 1000lb squat I have seen. What makes it even more impressive is the fact that he can stay balanced with the size of his melon. That has to be the biggest head on any human being ever. Regardless, great squat from a good guy.

Very awesome to see him hit 1025 so deep and then to compare that to multi-ply wearing kroc not hitting it at 1003. Not taking anything away from 1003 but the judge made a huge mistake on that one. Regarding the 1025: ****ing awesome lift.

He weightlifted before that just not powelifting, powerlifting implies competing. A lot of us here just lift weights and are not powerlifting.

yeah he's said he's been lifting for a long time, even back in college when he was around my age. he used to be a Rugby player for the Hong Kong team
