damn i think my last post didnt go through, anyway i finished up my full body routine a week and a half ago and had excellent results, they were as follows

row machine (each side) week1 90x3x10 week9 135x3x6
DB shoulder press week1 30x3x10 week9 70x3x6
wide grip pulldowns week1 100x3x10 week9 140x3x6
standing Ez bar curl/Ez bar extensions week1 55x3x10 week9 95x3x6
im very happy with this and im moving forward with a lower/upper body split now that im doing M-TH ill go into detail on this on a later date
on a side note, im not pronating again so my elbow is all f*cked up so pronation is huge again.
