    Just started taking this last week. Was told since im right at 300lb I should take 5 scoops and drink that through my workout.

    I gotta admit, im not exactly sure what im supposed to FEEL during workout but I dont think I do. I "felt" more during workout when I just used Superpump250, but i know the xtend is supposed to make me heal faster. Not so sure im getting that either.

    I'm taking Xtend now and i really enjoy it. I'm tossed up on which flavor to try next. Grape or Green Apple. Any suggestions?

    I have tired blue razz and water melon, blue razz is the best I just ordered 2 large tubs one blue razz and the other apple to try it. Also a tub of solution5 sounds good to have around the house.
