Have fallen off the diet wagon for the last week or so need to get back into it. Probably have averaged around 2700-3000 a day for the last week.

that gym's fkn sick lol, would be there all day / 10.
wordddd, about the weight thing I think the most accurate way is to weigh yourself every morning for a week, add it all up and divide by 7 for the average then compare that average weeks to the next, but its pretty OCD and a headache lol.

Just hit a P.R on Deadlifts (410lbs)
Was informed what I am doing is more of a straight leg deadlift (loliWutm8)
Not sure if sad/happy about that
Now eating a cucumber salad (got recipe from antiglobalist) with a bowl of cold (yes cold) croc pot buffalo chicken (sho am good)
