Thanks for the bonk, Bonkies LOL. Bulk is going ok... I'm still not sure whether I'm gaining enough. I'm going to reassess in a week and decide whether to stay on 2400 or increase. I'm going to bulk for the next 14 weeks then cut. I'm giving myself 18 weeks to get really lean. I would like to get to around 18% BF this time.

wordddd, about the weight thing I think the most accurate way is to weigh yourself every morning for a week, add it all up and divide by 7 for the average then compare that average weeks to the next, but its pretty OCD and a headache lol.
